Can you Print a Blank Form ?

I would like to print out my Family Data Form to use as an Intake Sheet for Families. They fill out the same information in the same order as on the Form for entry of the data into the system. When I try to print the form all I get is a Header bar with nothing else. If I set to print data it prints nothing (it is blank).

It sounds like you're trying to print out a form so that people can fill it in. The forms on Access aren't really made to be printed out - I would suggest that you design a new 'blank' form in Reports. They're a lot more versatile for this sort of thing.

put in a period

I've put in a period (.) or underscore (_) which aren't too noticable and printed that way.
