Cannot Remove Graphic From Report

On a report I have an image.
Its properties are:
Name: OLEUnbound9
OLE Type: Embedded
OLE Type Allowed: Either
OLE Class: Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0 Photo
Class: MSPhotoEd.3

When I try and delete it I get an error message: The OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLE server, reinstall it

How do I reinstall it, or better still how do I simply delete the image?

You can try exporting that report into another database, delete the existing one and then import it back.
