Can't Delete Record in a form

I have a form which opens with Filters, Additions, Deletions, Edits and Data Entry Properties all set to Yes. I have an Area Filter and Sub Area Filter Combo Box on the same which applies Filters to the Form. I also have a Delete Record button on the same form which intends to delete the record.

My problem is After applying the Filter When trying to delete the record sometimes the error message appears "Run Time Error 2046", Command Delete Record isn't available now..."
Sometime the button works fine only to delete a single record. When try to delete a second record consecutively, the error message appears. Why?

Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
