cant do cascading combo boxes

i would like to be able to select a type of car from a first combo box and then select a car that applies to that type of car from a second combo box.

i have looked at all of the examples for cascading combo boxes and am still struggling on how to make it on my system.

i have added my database so could someone please make this happen.
