I'm writing a sales history report using Crystal XI. I want to create a cascading parameter based on a part number that a user will enter. The flow would be:
Part ID - entered by the user.
Sales Year - Cascading parameter based on the part ID. Only display
the years that this part was sold.
Season - Based on the sales year selected, only show the seasons
that the part id was sold.
We have sold over 10,000 parts so I want to the user to enter the part id instead including it in the cascading parameter. Is this possible? I appreciate any responses to solve this question.
