CDO Values

I am new to CDO and can't find the available options for:

cdoSendUsingMethod eg sample code I have found uses cdoSendUsingPort or 2
cdoSMTPAuthenticate. eg sample code I have found uses cdoBasic or 1

Can someone tell me where I can find a list of, and explanation for, these?
