Cell lock

Hi,
I got an excel where only a range of cells sholud be available to users and balance all cells should be disabled .They should not be able to write in that cell is it possible.

First select the cells to be unlocked.

Right click on them and select FORMAT > CELLS

Go to the PROTECTION tab and uncheck the LOCKED box

Then go to Tools > PROTECTION > PROTECT SHEET and select the options you want.

Click OK and it is done.
