change all subform records

I have a form which allows employees to signoff on what they have done.

They enter an account number on the main form, along with their Empl id and password. All the transactions on that account appear in the subform (datasheet view). They can click SignOff button(main form also) and it changes the field [txtSignOff](this is on the subform) from no to yes. It works great except that in the subform they have to click on each subform record and click sign off on each one individually.

Is there a way to change the no to yes for all the records that are brought up in the subform with one click of the button?

I had a similar problem,
I created an update query to update each field using the employee as the criteria then ran it from behind a command button.
