Given that this is a currency field, you could use conditional formatting to set the text colour to one colour for positive values and another for negative.

Whilst the form is in design view click on the field you want to change and you will find fore colour in the first tab, properties, from memory.

Click to expand... TAbles are for storing data not for displaying it. Users should not have direct access to tables. Use forms or Reports for showing data
