Change field when a report is generated?

I have a database that another department enters charges they want me to add and/or remove from patient accounts. I go in periodically and display a report (based on an enquiry) of corrections that need made. Once I've made them, I go back to the form where they enter the information, and check a field called "returned", so that they don't appear on the next report as needing to be done.

Is there any way to automate this a little more? Instead of the switchboard manager, I created a page with command buttons. Is there a way to press one button that runs the report, prints it, and also changes the field returned from 0 to 1?

Use an Update query on the Close event of the report, you might like to include a confirmation MsgBox to ensure the report has actually printed
