Change font color to red

Hello Friends,

I need your help. Below is the code that i am using.

.HTMLBody = .HTMLBody & "<BR><BR><B><U><Center>NEW CHANGES</B></U></Center>"

what this does is it bolds, underlines and centers the text NEW CHANGES as part of an email in the body of the email.

QUESTION: Can someone suggest me what can i do to make the font color RED. so that new changes appears to be red in color.

Kindly post the code or provide an example.
