changing a control's view to "right to left"

hello everyone

i've got a control tab with a "left to right" view and i want to change it
to "right to left view", i've already changed the defualt direction from tools->options->international to "right to left", and it doesn't seem to work...
any ideas? (sorry for the spelling)
