Changing Case

I have users that use their caps button all the time and I wondered if there was code that I could use to change the case of the text afterupdate. I would like the first letter cap and the rest lower case. Can anyone help? Thanks

Look at the Proper function, it should do what you want.
(use Propercase in the search window of Help from a VBA window)

Assuming the field they are entering data into is called LastName then this code in the After Update event will do the trick:

Me![LastName] = StrConv(Me![LastName], vbProperCase)
