Changing Menu / Restrict Access for Controls / Ribbon

I have about completed my first large database.. I will be making it live on a server front end / backend soon. Since my knowledge is limited & im learning as i go i would like some input on the restriction of things... I notice when i print preview a report i have to right click to close.. in that i see layout / design etc.. i want all of that out of there.. i need the main menu at the top to include really nothing.. just exit and maybe a print. Few questions then..

- What do most databases do in this case to change the ribbon etc?
- Can you restrict by an "Admin" level i have defined 1-4 in a table.. Would be nice when logged in i could have full menu and others couldnt. Please let me know how you all complete or setup yours. thanks!!

For you to then open with the full ribbon available to you. With your mouse on the file name. Hold down the Shift key and the Enter key at the same time.

As to permission levels, I like this concept.
