I have a simple query that shows me how many records match a certain criteria. Let's say today it reflects 2500 records. Tomorrow it may be 2700 records, and then next day it may show 2200 records. I want to graph this total number on a daily basis. Does anyone know how to do this. Thanks.

Is it possible with the graph wizard, to compare the total from the source table with the total count from the query? I bet you can. That would look GREAT in a pie chart. 
Try two fields in your query, comparison of the counts, then use those two fields in the graph wizard you can open from design view in the report object.
