Charts -- Making a Horizontal Line "Stop"

I have a column/line chart that displays budgeted verses actual expenses for each month (october through september). The columns represent the budgeted verses actual. In addition to the columns, I have a horizontal line representing the 60% mark. For example, if the total budget is $100,000, my line is at $60,000. Here is my situation: the user's organization needs to be 60% spent by March. Thus, they would like the horizontal line to stop at the columns representing March. I have not been able to figure out a way to make the line stop. Currently it goes arcoss the whole chart (all 12 months). I have searched the forumn and have found no posts of similar ilk. Is what I am trying to do possible? Thanks...
