I am setting up a form for estimating documents.

There is a box for the document number, a box titled "Revision" and a check box titled "Current Revision"

A tick to be placed in the check box if the document is the most up to date.

Each time the estimate is reveiwed and changed, a new 'Revision' will be entered into a form.

Revisions will be A, B, C, D, etc.

Every time a form is completed it will be the current revision thus superseding previous revisions.

Is there a way that I can tick the checkbox and by doing so this will untick previous entries connected to the same document number?

Is the revision number entered by the user?
Are you anticipating the check box being ticked by the user as well?

Yes

Of course, the designer can just go into the table and uncheck the previous revisions.

I want a novice to be able to fill in the form and have the previous checkboxes unticked when the current revision checkbox is ticked.
