Check boxes

In my table I had a field with a Field Property as Yes/No (with a Lookup Wizard). Reports generated obviously included the "yes" and "no." Then I changed the field in that table to Yes/No with the Field Property Lookup format as CheckBox. The data in my reports then changed to a 0 and -1 instead of Yes or No or the preferred check (box).
How do I fix this?

First remove the old field from the report as it's still attempting to display the old field type then re-add the field to your report and it should display the check box control.
