Hello, sorry for the late response, my schedule was changed up a bit.
I did not add the code as a module, I added it as a code through the Before Update event on the form.
I have noticed that if I make any changes to any records, the "Possible Duplicate" text shows in the box and stays there until I close the form and reopen it. It's only when I make changes. I have the duplicate in the records and it doesn't notice the duplicate. Only when I make a change to a record, and not when I'm adding a new record.
The deleted post was something else. It was getting stuck on a name, but I figured out what was wrong...though I don't remember exact details.
