Hi, I have combo box that contains name of all customer, I want when i enter name of new customer that not listed in, newCustomer form will open,
then How can i check for existing record in Access VBA?

Hello BlindPro,

It depends on the version of Access. 2003 or rearlier use the "On Not In List" event of the combobox to create a little bit of VBA to open the newcustomer form - Just type NotINList in VBA editor help and it will direct you.

However if you have Access2007 or 2010 then you can set a fom name in the comboboxes Properties>>Data>>ListItemsEditForm .
