Check Security Database

Hi,

I want to write the code, the code can check whether or not the database file need to open with security.

I have a combo box to input the path and database filename, but I don't know the database whether or not it needs to open with security.

I don't want to open it, and then check it. It is so trouble. I want the program give me the message that the database needs to open with security once I input the path and database filename into the combo box.

Anybody know that?
