CHR error

Hi,

After reinstalling Access 97 and running my database, every piece of code that uses the function Chr() produces the error "Can't find project or library"; pressing "ok" takes me to the References window. What's going on? I tried to install all the references that are unchecked but some won't install.

What am I doing wrong here? Will I have to install references in every machine I run the database in?
