When the form first opens up, the GMT time is displayed as well as the local machine time. Then you may select another time zone, as stored on your machine, via the pick list and see what time it is there.
This application really serves no purpose except as a good programming exercise... and on that note I'm off to the local mental hospital to get checked out.
