Question collect data via email

[Geotch]

I'm using Access 2010, Outlook 2010 with a gmail account. I'm trying to collect data via the create e-mail option and I get a message "Outlook could not be started. Make sure Outlook is installed and properly set up on your computer."

I set up a Macro to email a query and that works. Any idea on why that isn't working? I've attached a picture of the error message.
