collect e-mail addresses to one text box...

Is it possible to check boxes and dump e-mail address to a text box bound to nothing?

I attached a printscreen for clarification.

Please suggest....

My thought, create a field in my memo table "tblNotes" called "Recipients" and append e-mail addresses in the field. I M LOST....

doran,

Code:
If Not IsNull(Me.SomeTextBox) Then
   Me.Recipients = Me.Recipients & vbCrLf & Me.SomeTextBox
End If

I will try Wayne's suggession....

Thanks Wayne, I will try your suggession and Give you my feedback.

Just wondering, what if user decided to uncheck a box, how will i remove the e-mail address from that text box.

In the AfterUpdate event of the check box you need to test if the value is Yes [-1] or No [0]. Then do what Wayne suggested if that worked for you.

Code:
If YourCheckBox = -1 Then
    If Not IsNull(Me.SomeTextBox) Then
       Me.Recipients = Me.Recipients & vbCrLf & Me.SomeTextBox
    End If
Else
    Me.Recipients = ""
End If

Can't empty the recipient text box..

The purpose is to send mails to multiple person. For example, it may go to district manager, financial advisor or what have you.

me.recipients="" will empty other e-mail addresses that are being populated in the txttotalrecipients text box.

If you see my original attachment, you will know what i am talking about.

End user will check the boxes and after checking box system populates e-mail address from one text box (txtdlookupDM) to txttotalrecipients box.

End user will check another box and after checking box system populates e-mail address from one text box (txtdlookupFA) to txttotalrecipients box in addition to previous one.

However, user should be able to uncheck any one of this chk list and txttotalrecipients should filter out e-mail address that is associate with that check box.

Kinda like drag and dropping. (and undrag too)
