combining subreports into 1 report

Hi
I have 2 reports, which retrieve data from different tables and have various calculated fields.
I need to put both of these reports onto 1 main report so that users can print them directly and the layout is displayed neatly with all relevant information.

Is this possible?
I have been attempting it but am having problems with page layout, page breaks, needing separate headers from each report, etc.

Yes, it's possible. Lay in a case of your favorite adult beverage and get ready for a hair tearing session. It involves a lot of trial and error to get everything lined up neatly, but it can be done. I once had to do it with about 14 sub reports.

The biggest problem I have is that I cannot seem to get the headers of subreport 1 as well as the headers of subreport 2.

Report 1 is
Header
Detail
Footer (with calculated boxes in the footer)

Report 2 is
Header
Detail

I need to combine these into 1 main report so it looks seamless to the user.
Any ideas on how i get this laid out as:
Report1 Header
Report1 Detail
Report1 Footer
Page break
Report2 Header
Report2 Detail

Very confusing.

What do you get when you just stick them on the main form with a page break between them?

Do a search in this forum. I had to do the same thing. use the search critera "Hasdata". Lots of info.
