combo box from different fields

Is there a way of creating a combo box so you can select items from different fields with out using 2 tables?

For example,

the fields in the table are customer, vehicle 1, vehicle 2 and vehicle 3

on the when the customer is selected from a combo box, the vehicle combo box contains the 3 vehicles in it

We're going to need some more info here. What value do you want to store in the combo box? What exactly are you trying to achieve?
