Combo Box Help

Hi

I am new to using access and was just wondering how can i get a combo box to have a list of values for example Names. when you select that name on the combo box it will fill out all the entity boxes with with the information of that person eg, Name, Age, Address, etc. The if you select another person from the combo box again all their information will appear instead of the other person.

if this is possible can any help explain how this is done?

Open Form and try.

I have this working now at the moment but i was wondering that is it possible to just have 1 list of the last names and then when you click on that name the rest of the information goes into the box. i ask this because that demo just inputted the values from the combo box.

I think, you can't do it in combo box, but you can do it in another field.
Look at attachment, Open form1 and try.
I think it is what you want.

i think i may have confused what i am wanting. ill see if i can make it any easier. i just want one list in a combo box of last names. once i have selected the last name it will put in all the other fields that are accosiated with it. like name, address etc.

this is because if you were to create a booking system you wont need all the information in the combo box you just need the name and then when selected the rest of the information will be placed in the fields.

at the moment you have all the information in the combo box
