Hello folks,
I've started a database in Access 2003, on the entry form I have two fields
that should be visible to the user, the left most column is the kept field that
is written to the table once it's selected, the right column holds more detail
to help verify your selection.
All is well and good.....only when I view the database!
I've sent it to several engineers to check things out before I continue
but when they view the database, the first column appears blank!!!
BUT, if they choose one record in the combo box, THEN the first column
value will appear when they move from that field.
HELP, this is very strange to me and slightly disturbing of course!
Appreciate your help, let me know if there are any thing you guys/gals
would need to know regarding this setup.
Thanks,
G2
Edited to add:
ok I did a search and found an old thread that speaks to this problem
seems it's related to a Service Pack 3 bug Hotfix and I guess
this will correct it.
