i have a subform containing 2 combobox
1st combobx------MODEL NUMBER
2nd combobox----PARTNUMBER

i WANT THE 2ND COMBOBOX TO BE FILTERD WRT 1ST COMBOBOX

On the 2nd combobx sql, i have added MODELNUMBER
I HAVE PUT THIS CODE UNDER MODELNUMBER---[FORMS]![SUBFORM]![MODELNUMBER]
I HAVE PUT REQUERY ON GETFOCUS

BUT TO NO AVAIL
PLEASE HELP

Because your Combos are on a subform you will need to use the correct syntax to refer to them, it will look something like;

 Forms!Mainform!Subform1.Form!ControlName

Book mark this link for future reference, it contains the correct syntax for referring to Subforms and their controls.

I would force a requery of your second combo in the On Change event of your first combo. You will also need to force a requery in the main form's On Current event
