Combo value on report

hello
I have a combo box on a form and when i select a value and click the command button which is associated with the report, I need to print the value selected on the page header of the report.How should i do that?

Pls some body help me.

Leave the form open while opening the report and set the reports text box to=Forms!YourFormName!YourControlName
