Compact and repair database

Is there a way to include the "Compact and repair database..." function in a macro?

I have a macro that runs a lot of make table and delete queries. Consequently my database "grows" considerably. I'd like to 'compact' the database at the end of the macro.

I did, but I didn't find the code to use - only references to it. (I would much rather use VB than the external tool options.) Probably I just missed it, but I spent over 45 minutes looking.

If someone can give me, or point me to, the VB code then I'd be very appreciative.
