Compare 2 tables, then use result to remove items off original Table

I run a compare between 2 tables. Table "A" & Table "B". Table "A" is Numbered 1-100. The end result is fine, however, I want to use the result to remove whatever numbers 1-100, Table "A", that matched with the rest of my query result.
