I have an Excel spread sheet that does calculations for commision. I use a look up table to compare how many hours of overtime a person works and gives me back a value. For example, a person works 41 hours, the multipler for that is 0.012.
I am moving this and other calculations to Access. I imported my commision table, which consists of two fields (HoursWorked and CommisionMultipler, the HoursWorked is my key field)than I made a form to input the weekly hours. I can not figure out how to compare a value in a query with one in the table(HoursWorked), and have it give the multipler(CommisionMultipler).
