Can I create an MDE file from an MDB through Code?

I searched the forums with no success
 
I have never used this command...

Code: 
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdMakeMDEFile

I just found this comment... Creates a MDE File but can not be used for the active Database. @ http://www.tkwickenden.clara.net/
