Conditional Page Breaks?

I have a report that prints out a list of accounting codes. The report appears to be getting its data directly from the accounts table. The final report is similar to this:

Account Name.................Account#.........Title
Admin............................1000................General Admin
....................................1001................Holiday
....................................1002................PTO
etc...
MultiFamilyAccess............6047................WiFi Security


In the middle of this is an accounting section is:

Sales.............................6018.001...........Property1
....................................6018.002...........Property2
etc

The report does not have any page breaks in it as it is written; however I would like to add one. I would like to put a page break both BEFORE and AFTER the sales section "6018.001" ..

Is that possible? I've researched some online and found using sorting/grouping for page breaks, and I've used that in other reports I have written; but I can't seem to figure out the best way to add this break into things.

Ideas?
