Confused as to how form is displayed

I've edited the form and i've made it fit accordingly towards my needs, yet when i view it its much bigger, and its not in any type of windows form, its large and i think its the header tabs that are causing this, or not, i want to make it equal to my forms adjusted width but i don't know how to do that. Also i thought it would look like a form enwrapped within a rectangle or a square yet its gluded onto Access with no border
