Consolidate Data

Request for the best Tips/Solutions for the following:

I have five people using the Access 2003 on isolated separate stand alone Desktop system (they are not on network and cannot be configured on to network)

I want there Data to be consolidated into one Access file every day/weekly as and when I receive data floppies/CDs from these sources.

What would be the best way to go about it??

Any Ideas to the query is appreciated

I think a lot will depend on how complicated the data is and whether its just appending new data or old data is also being updated.

For a simple append I think that I would just keep a local record of the last record sent so that you can filter out just the new records.
Have them send this to you and just append it to the master table.
If the data is more complicated I would probaby do it using random Autonumbers to keep tables related and probably a master date/time stamp to select the records that need updating.
