I want to display more records vertically than 1 column in my continuous form. Is this possible in some way?

I want to have like 2-3 columns with 5-6 records each.

The "number of columns" in a continuous form is controlled by the number of controls you have placed of the form in Single Form view. The number of records shown is controlled by the size of the form vertically.

If you have the "Northwind" database on your system, check out the form "Categories", which uses a subform called "ProductList". That should give you exactly the information you need.

If you don't have the Northwind database, you should be able to google it and get it somewhere. Make sure you get the version that is compatible with your version of Access.

I want to place more records horizontally in continuous form. Is this possible?

Thanks!

I have not heard of anyone doing that yet and I can not think of a way to do it. Sorry
