Control Tabs dissapearing

Hi,
I have a form with a tab control within it.
When i click on some tabs the control scrolls, and i lose sight of the tabs. Meaning i need to scroll the control down again to see them. Can i lock the tabs in place to stop this happening?

make the tab control shorter or the form shorter

The fact that it does this shows that the Tab or the Form sitting on it (if we're talking about a Subform) is too long. Making users scroll to see all of a Form is one of the most user-unfriendly things a developer can do.

But what is happening, in this instance, is that the first Control to receive Focus, when opening the Tabbed Page, is near the bottom; make a Control near the top receive Focus, first, and the scrolling will stop.
