I am new to Access. I am working on a form, where I have two combo box. The main one, it is the year, and the second one is the PO NUMBER. The year combo box data is coming from a table that I have created only for the years (2012, 2013, etc..), and the PO table is coming from a table. When I select the year of interest, the PO combo box shows only PO of that year. Then, some text boxes will be changing according the last selection made in the PO combo box.
I am interested now of adding a Pivot Chart from the same table where the PO number combo box source is created. But I only want that the pivot chart is changing according to the year, and not to the PO number combo box. In my pivot chart I have the year in the filter field. I have tried to add into the form as a subform. And I am not sure how can I make that when I make the selection in year, the pivot chart will change according to that year selection. While when I make a selection in PO combo box does not affect the pivot chart but the text boxes.
