controlling one checkbox with whats in another checkbox...?

Is it possible to do this. I have to checkboxes on my form. One for "On loan" and one for "on repair". I want the user to only be able to tick the "on repair" box if the "on loan" checkbox is unticked(false). IS there a code I can implement, if so where do I put it, thanks.
