Convert ACCDB to MDB

Am Using accdb but I wanna convert some datas into mdb, but I really don't know how to do them, if any one knows how it done please help mee out .. thnxx

I moved this post to a new thread.
In A2010, go to File/Save and Publish. Choose the format you want to save as. Keep in mind that "new" features cannot be converted back to older formats so the conversion may be incomplete.

In A2007, the procedure is similar but I think you start with the Office button.
