Copy table structure?

Is it possible to copy a tables structure to a programme such as Excel or Word?

I know how to copy a table, close the database down, open a blank database, paste table, choose structure only and you get the table with no data. Then export to Excel and you got a table fields and no data

But I wanna know is it possible to copy the table over to Excel and for each field, you have the properies for that field as shown in design view in Access.

SO you would have

Field Name (id)
Field Type (autonumber)
Field size
New value
Format
Caption
Indexed
etc....

All in the one excel sheet?

Its ok I found it...

Go to... Tools - Analyze - Documenter.
Select table(s) and clikc ok.

You can then either print from there or export to Excel etc...
