Count and Sum unbound cells?

I am trying to count the number of unbound cells that have a value greater or less than zero. The cells names are: Dif1, Dif2, Dif3 and Dif4. I am also trying to sum those same cells and then devide the count that is greater than zero in the Sum. This would create the average without being affected by "0" entries. Any Help?

Jeeze ! I was un aware that COUNT and AVERAGE were both one and the same.

Also, I am only trying to find answers to my question in detail for better understanding. So far, the people within this forum that are responding are providing vague answers to detailed questions, or, are providing information that i do not understand yet therefore i ask additional questions. If it's so difficult to provide answers then delete the posts and i will move on elsewhere.
