Counting Entries

I am try to get a report to count how many entries of a certain type in a field.

EG. How many blue items listed in the color field. The problem is I want how many Blue, Red, Purple, Black, and Orange all in the one field.

Here is the query that will generate the information you want:

SELECT Main.Color, count(color)
FROM Main
group by color;
