Create a query with VB

Hi,
I've had this "vision" for a while. I want to create a query through VB by using the user-defined fields.
In a form, I'll have several combo boxes with the available field names, the user will select several names from as many boxes as he wants and then at the click of a button create the query with the selected fields.
Is this possible?
