Create my own menu (eg File, View etc)

Dear Gurus,

I will like to create my own Menu Bar under the following headings and organisation. I have create a toolbar called myToolbar. But I cannot add New Menu from command list the after selecting New Menu from the categories

Files View Reports
> Properties > Property Brochure > Properties for Sale
> Vendors > Slide Show > Sold Properties
> Buyers
> Add
> Change
> Delete
> View

So on and so forth. How come I was not able to add New Menu my newly created customerimsed toolbar (I could see a X sign) but it can to the existing toolbar Menu Bar (could see a + sign).

You need to change youe toolbar to a menu bar. I will try to explain.
When you select customize toolbars, select your toolbar, then select properties.
Then from the dropdown box select menubar.
Then on your form select the menu in the from properties
