Created Report from Word Document

Hi everyone,

I created an access report from a Word document (I'll be creating several) and I used my database fields to populate the variables in the report. I was wondering if it would be better to make the variables parameters requiring user input? Also, I'm looking for some code that will allow me to print a single record based on a unique field from my database.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
