Created Table using a field from another table

I have a table which has fieldname called Name. I need to create another table which should have only names which starts with alphabet A by taking Name values from old table

Can anybody tell me how to write a query for this

What is the process to achieve this. I am new to Access database

The approach you are taking is inadvisable. You should keep all of your same kind of information in the same table.
